Farouk B&M (Farouk Beauty and Medicine) is your neighbourhood pharmacy, now online. The website and mobile app are owned and managed by Farouk Pharmacy, a registered pharmacies group in Egypt.

When you create an account on our website or mobile app we store your login details, name, mobile number, delivery addresses, orders, uploaded prescriptions and messages with our pharmacists, so we can serve you across all our branches.

All data is used internally only — to fulfil orders, provide pharmacist support and improve our service.

We do not sell, share or expose your data to any of our third-party services or partners.

You can view and update your profile at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by contacting support@faroukbnm.com or calling 16542.

Please note: invoices, bills and accounting records are kept after account deletion, as required for legal, tax and audit purposes and in case a record is needed for any case.

Access to your data is limited to authorised Farouk staff, and all data is protected by secure sign-in and access controls.
