Terms of Use & Refund Policy

These terms apply to the Farouk B&M (Farouk Beauty and Medicine) website and mobile app, owned and managed by Farouk Pharmacy, a registered pharmacies group in Egypt. By using our services you agree to these terms.

Keep your login details private and your information accurate. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. Prescription medicines are dispensed only after review by our pharmacists.

Prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and may differ between branches. Payment is accepted online or offline — cash or card on our POS at delivery or in the branch.

Medicines and beauty/cosmetic products: returns and refunds are handled only through our branches for in-store (offline) purchases. Online orders of these products cannot be returned, for health and safety reasons.

All other items: can be returned within 14 days of purchase, in their original condition — unopened and unused — with the invoice.
